Consider as one of Asia’s biggest street food celebration, World Street Food Congress 2017 brings in hawkers and foodies from all across the globe. The five-day gastronomic celebration will be held at the SM Mall of Asia Concert Grounds from May 31 to June 4.

Definitely you will be amazed with 28 pop up stalls with their own specialty in serving street food, since its It features over 40 different international street food dishes from the USA, Germany, Mexico, Malaysia, Singapore, Japan, India, China, Taiwan, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia Vietnam, and of course, regional dishes from the Philippines.

Aloo Tikki (Manla Chaat – India)

Aloo Tikki from Manla Chaat is an Indian dish made with boiled potatoes, onions, and various curry spices. “Aloo” meaning potato and “Tikki” meaning cutlet or croquette has a crisp outside and soft inside. It's topped with different curries, beat roots, paneer cheese, carrots, radish, and various sauces, creating this spectrum of flavors from sweet, sour, savory, and spicy.

The crispy rice mung bean pancake with seafood, greens and fish sauce is made of rice flour, water, turmeric powder, fatty pork, diced green onion, bean sprouts, and shrimp.
