Contributor Guide

Writing Format and Image Guidelines:

1. Articles must be 500–1000 words, excluding the title and references.
2. Avoid creating clickbait content.
3. Use a consistent writing style, either formal or informal, without mixing the two.
4. Ensure the article follows proper language rules, including correct grammar and tenses.
5. Content must be free of commercial elements, hate, discrimination based on ethnicity, religion, race, or intergroup relations, as well as misinformation, pornography, hate speech, or any negative elements that could result in legal violations.
6. Ensure the content is free from copyright and intellectual property rights (IPR) issues.
7. The work must be original, not previously published, and must not be plagiarized.
8. Include image sources in the format: Caption | Source: Media/Photographer. If it's your own work, write Personal Documentation.
9. Use HD or original images (minimum 1000 pixels) for the headline and include at least one photo in the article.
10. You may use your own photos or images from free non-commercial sources, but avoid selfies unless essential.
11. Valid links or embedded content from YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook are allowed.
12. Cite valid and trustworthy sources when referring to specific references.
13. The article and images will go through moderation or editing before publication.

Steps to Create an Account on Seasia.co:

1. Visit the account creation page at seasia.co/register.
2. Fill in your personal details.
3. Check your email inbox for a confirmation message.
4. Open the activation link to activate your account.
5. Columnist accounts go through a special review process by the Editor.
6. Done.

Steps to Write on Seasia.co:

1. Go to the Seasia.co Dashboard or click the "Login" button at the top right corner of the Seasia.co website.
2. In the Dashboard, click the "write an article now" area.
3. Choose a topic for your article and upload a cover photo with at least 1000px resolution.
4. After writing the article, provide a brief summary in the "Short Description" section.
5. Add relevant tags, separated by commas.
6. Set the article status to "Publish."
7. Click the "Create New" button and wait for a green success notification.
8. The article will be reviewed by the Seasia.co editorial team.
