LATEST: Southeast Asian Airlines' On-Time Performance (August 2018)

The OAG's On-Time Performance Stars Ratings Programe annual report is out and Seasia extracting the available monthly report for our dearest readers.

A little recap for those who are still unfamiliar with the term; OAG is the United-Kingdom based air travel intelligence company while OTP is an ongoing accreditation programe which awards all airlines and airports a star rating twice yearly based on 12 months' rolling performance.

It is also stated within the report that status coverage as of August 2018 is based on actual gate times rather than estimated times. This may result in some airlines/airports being excluded from this report.

Global OTP rankings are assigned to all airlines/ airports where OAG has status coverage for at least 80% of scheduled flights.

For airlines, on time is defined as arrivals that take place strictly less than 15 minutes after scheduled arrival time, including cancellations.

Considering airlines with more than 4,000 flights, here's a look at the OTP performance score for Southeast Asian airlines as listed within top worlds' airlines  list:Keterangan Gambar (© Pemilik Gambar)
