VinFast has officially launched the VF 6, its first electric model in the B-SUV category. With a starting price of 675 million VND, the VF 6 has been available for reservation in the Viet Namese market since October 20.
In the Viet Namese market, the VinFast VF 6 is available in two variants: Base and Plus. This model is the latest addition to the VinFast product line, which also includes the VF e34, VF 8, VF 9, and VF 5, with the VF 5 being the first product and the VF e34 being the latest product available to consumers in the market.
The VF 6 has an elegant design developed by Torino Design. Despite its smaller size, the interior remains spacious and comfortable.
The VinFast VF 6 has dimensions of 4,238mm in length, 1,820mm in width, 1,594mm in height, and a wheelbase of 2,730mm. These dimensions ensure that the car's interior is spacious, comparable to that of a C-segment car with an internal combustion engine. The exterior design also features stylish styling, with VinFast's signature LED light strips and attractive 5-spoke alloy wheels. The alloy wheels can be up to 19 inches in size, further enhancing the overall appearance of the car.
The VF 6 offers a variety of exterior and interior color options, including five exterior colors and two interior colors. The exciting new interior color is Mocca Brown, which caters to the preferences of a wide range of customers.
Both the Base and Plus versions of the VF 6 are equipped with a 59.6 kW LFP battery, which provides a range of up to 399 km (WLTP) on a full charge. The vehicle also offers a pleasant driving experience and meets the travel needs of all passengers with electric motors with a maximum power of 100 kW and 150 kW and a maximum torque of 135 Nm and 310 Nm.
In early 2024, the VF 6 Plus will receive a free update that integrates an advanced driver assistance system. This update will bring a number of outstanding features to the VF 6 Plus, including traffic jam assist, highway assist, lane centering assist, adaptive cruise control, traffic sign recognition, automatic braking, and more.
In addition, the VinFast VF 6 is equipped with VinFast's Virtual Assistant, which interacts with the driver through multilingual Viet Namese voice commands, providing answers to questions and controlling vehicle functions.
As with other VinFast electric vehicles, the VF 6 also offers outstanding after-sales policies, including a 7-year or 160,000km warranty (whichever comes first), a special after-sales policy, and a commitment to buy back used electric vehicles with attractive offers after five years.
In other exciting news, starting September 30, 2023, VinFast will showcase the VF 6 at VinFast Stores and dealer networks across the country, giving customers the opportunity to try this product before making the decision to order. Deliveries of the VF 6 to customers in Viet Nam are expected to begin by the end of 2023.
