Indonesia will soon have the largest shopping mall in Southeast Asia. This shopping complex in Bali will take the lead from shopping centers in Thailand.

ICON Bali will open to the public on May 17 at the best location in Sanur Beach. This project is part of a larger effort to revitalize tourism in Sanur. Not just a place for shops and restaurants, ICON BALI also presents the "8 Wonders of ICON BALI", a variety of special features designed to entertain and attract visitors from all walks of life. These include Jaje Bali Floating Market, Indoor Cultural Stage & Amphitheater, Immersive Vertical Forest with multimedia experience, Seamless Beachfront Experience with beachfront restaurants and beach club, Beach Sunset Water & Laser Show, Icon Beach Gallery, Butterfly Park and Edible Garden.

What's interesting is that Jaje Bali Floating Market will be the largest indoor floating market in Southeast Asia. Visitors will find local vendors offering traditional Balinese food, desserts and unique items. Located on the beach floor of ICON BALI, this area serves as a cultural center with over 50 vendors, most of them small home-based businesses. ICON BALI also houses well-known international brands as well as popular local Balinese brands.

Although there hasn't been an official announcement yet, it is rumored that this mall will feature stores such as Aldo, Asics, Birkenstock, Calvin Klein Jeans, Converse, Flying Tiger, Gant, Krisna Oleh-Oleh, LEGO Store, Lacoste, Mango, Marks and Spencers, Pandora, Sensatia Botanicals, Swarovski, Ted Baker, Tommy Hilfiger and several other brands to be announced later.

Visitors don't have to worry either; ICON Bali will be an easily accessible and family-friendly shopping destination.

Upon opening, visitors to ICON BALI will have access to various facilities such as the beach, community activity areas, clinics, currency exchange services, tourist information centers, and a parking lot that can accommodate 1,100 cars, 700 motorcycles, and bicycle parking.

ICON BALI will provide a wide range of parking facilities including regular parking, VIP parking and valet services. There will also be facilities for disabled parking, women's parking, free WiFi throughout the mall, tax refund counters for larger items, prayer rooms, nursing rooms and a pet-friendly area.
