The Philippines and Lithuania signed a cross-regional strategic partnerships agreement on Monday (June 30, 2025) in Manila, signaling a new chapter in international cooperation focused on trust-based collaboration.
The agreement—signed by Philippine Defense Secretary Gilberto Teodoro Jr. and Lithuanian parliamentarian Dovile Šakalienė—aims to strengthen defense cooperation, particularly in cybersecurity, defense industries, and regional stability.
