Buriram United have officially been crowned champions of the Thai League 1 2025/26 season, sealing the title with 63 points despite still having five matches left to play.

Their dominance was undeniable. With a commanding 13 point gap over second placed Port FC, who sit on 50 points, Buriram secured the title long before the season reached its end.

This triumph further cements Buriram United as the true kings of Thai football. They have now won five consecutive league titles since the 2021/22 season, bringing their total to 12 Thai League titles, the most in the competition’s history.

A Dynasty Built on Consistency

Buriram’s success is no accident. It is built on professionalism at every level of the club, combined with the quality of both their local talents and foreign players.

Their dominance becomes even more impressive when looking at their demanding schedule. Last season, Buriram competed in three domestic competitions alongside the league. They not only maintained their league supremacy, but also lifted the ASEAN Club Championship trophy and reached the ACL Elite quarter finals, the best achievement by a Southeast Asian club in the new Asian Champions League format.

Eyes on a Historic Sweep

The season is far from over for Buriram. Their focus now shifts to even bigger ambitions.

They are still competing in the ACL Elite quarter finals and remain in the race in the ASEAN Club Championship semi finals.

With their current form and momentum, one question remains

Can Buriram United complete a clean sweep this season

All eyes are now on Thailand’s kings as they continue their hunt for history.
