Singapore becomes the happiest country in Southeast Asia according to the annual World Happiness Report 2024 released by the Wellbeing Research Center at the University of Oxford, UK.
Singapore ranked highest in life satisfaction evaluations from 2022 to 2023 with an overall score of 6.532, placing it at 30th worldwide. The Philippines ranked second in Southeast Asia with a score of 6.048 and stood at 53rd globally, while Vietnam was one rank below Philippines with a score of 6.043.
