The Philippines tops World Rugby Men’s in Southeast Asia!
According to official World Rugby website in the April 2024 update, the Philippines ranks first in Southeast Asia with a global ranking of 40, followed by Malaysia in second place with a ranking of 50, and Singapore in 54th place.
