This information is outlined in the 2023 IMD World Talent Ranking, where Singapore obtained a score of 79.96 points. The evaluation indicators encompass three sub-scores: appeal (how well a country leverages foreign human resources), readiness (availability of skills and competencies), and investment & development (investment and development of talent domestically). Southeast Asian countries like Singapore and Malaysia have shown remarkable performance, scoring 79.96 points and 62.03 points, respectively.
