The Philippines' population is projected to reach 123.96 million by 2035, representing an addition of approximately 14.76 million people from the 2020 census figure of 109.20 million, according to the Philippine Statistics Authority.

The PSA projection assumes an average annual population growth rate of 0.85 percent from 2020 to 2035, with the male population expected to reach around 62.64 million (50.5 percent) while women will account for approximately 61.32 million (49.5 percent) by that year.

CALABARZON (Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Rizal, and Quezon) is projected to remain the most populous region with an estimated 19.07 million residents, followed by the National Capital Region with 14.49 million and Central Luzon with 14.02 million, while the Cordillera Administrative Region is expected to have the smallest population at 2.13 million.

Regional growth patterns show significant variation, with the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao expected to experience the most notable acceleration—its average annual growth rate rising from 1.62 percent in 2020-2025 to 1.79 percent in 2030-2035, while the National Capital Region's growth rate is projected to slow from 0.53 percent to 0.40 percent over the same periods.

At the provincial level, Cavite is projected to remain the most populous province by 2030 with 5.30 million residents, followed by Bulacan at 4.17 million and Rizal at 3.88 million, while Quezon City is expected to maintain its position as the largest highly urbanized city with a population of 2.92 million, ahead of Davao City at 2.04 million and Manila at 1.90 million.
