Indonesia’s most admired 2020 is the award categories by an independent survey company in English named YouGov
Najwa Shihab, a presenter, newscaster, and journalist of Indonesia were awarded as the most admired woman in Indonesia based on an online survey in Indonesia’s Most Admired People 2020 were held by YouGov
Based on data, Najwa Shihab takes the first position with percentages of 18.52% from the total, beat the former of ex-minister of marine affairs and fisheries Susi Pudjiastuti, Minister of Finance Sri Mulyani, and the Mayor of Surabaya Tri Rismaharini.
Won those awards, Najwa Shihab says thanks through her social media, Instagram. She commits to keep and stay for learning more and more. Through her Instagram post caption on October 14, 2020, Najwa said:
“Thank you, you guys. InsyaAllah I will be keep learning and take a hard work”
She also persuades any people to keep doing something and make a positive influence on the people around us.
“Let’s take a Principe in many things bravely, while we stay to see, listen, and also read. Looking for something that we indeed need as much as possible, that speech your voice” Najwa claims.
On the list, ex-minister of marine affairs and fisheries, Susi Pudjiastuti, stays on the second chart with a voice percentage of 17.53%, close separated with Najwa Shihab Percentage. The third position was filled by Minster of Finance, Sri Mulyani in the percentage of 9.56%, and Mayor of Surabaya, Tri Rismaharini in the fourth position in the percentage of 8.01%.
While in men categorize, the 7th president of Indonesia, Joko Widodo takes the first place as the most admired man of Indonesia in 2020. He did change the last rank of 2019 where BJ Habibie was the first. Many people claim Jokowi also deserves the award because of his kind and wise personality.
Jokowi got top position in vote percentage of 13.38% and followed by Ustadz Abdul Somad in the second position at 8.00%. The third position was filled by the popular and famous footballer in the world Cristiano Ronaldo gets 7.51%.
Basuki Tjahja Purnama or as known as Ahok who took office as Pertamina’s commissioner gets the fourth position in the percentage of 6.97%.
