With a sophisticated French flair, Chef/Co-Owner Cédric Vongerichten has created this alluring Indonesian restaurant. The long, sleek restaurant, which is in the always-chic neighborhood of SoHo, is a sensory overload thanks to its lush, exotic décor, which includes candles, pillows, live plants, and warm teak paneling.

Satays, sides, small and large plates, as well as a scattering of sweets, make up the seasonal menu. A succulent, meaty Peekytoe crab cake is served with a thatch of fresh micro herbs, softly pickled cucumbers, and undertones of fenugreek and tamarind.
