The Techsauce Global Summit 2023, the largest technology conference in Southeast Asia, was successfully held in Thailand on August 16th and 17th. The event successfully generated extensive collaboration between local and international networks, transforming the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center (QSNCC) into a major tech conference hub for global business and technology enthusiasts.
The success of the event was reflected in the record attendance of more than 16,000 people from 50 countries around the world, with more than 40% of the attendees coming from the international level. The more than 10,000 square meter event space also provided an immersive experience for attendees, allowing them to truly engage with the various highlights of the event.
With an emphasis on digital transformation and the startup ecosystem, the goal of the conference was to explore the latest solutions and ideas for pressing global challenges, including sustainability, WEB3, HealthTech, Finance/Investment and ClimateTech.
Through a series of workshops on AI/DATA and Entrepreneurship, participants will have the opportunity to explore the potential of investing and attracting foreign capital to boost the domestic economy.
The event will feature insights from over 300 distinguished speakers, engaging discussions, and a Business Matching Zone designed to facilitate interaction between representatives of leading companies, start-ups, SMEs, technology professionals, and the general public.
In the span of two days, no less than 1,000 business deals were made and signed, confirming the success of the Techsauce Global Summit in playing its pivotal role. The event has served as an early entry point for investment in the ASEAN region, and has also strengthened Techsauce's position as a driving force in bringing Thailand to realize its true identity as a digital gateway.
Oranuch Lerdsuwankij, CEO and co-founder of Techsauce Media Co, Ltd, revealed that the increase in the number of participants compared to last year shows the growing awareness of the technology industry's potential to drive transformative change. "The Techsauce Global Summit also plays an important role as a key platform for leading companies from home and abroad to showcase their products and services and forge business deals. In addition, the event is also considered as a new gateway for investment in innovative and digital technologies, recognized by the industry and poised to become an important catalyst in driving the growth of innovation exports from Thailand and ASEAN to the global market.
The event also saw the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Techsauce and leading partner organizations in Thailand, and the launch of the VentureBridge Fund. Both initiatives are landmark projects that aim to advance the tech ecosystem in Thailand in line with the original vision of Techsauce.
These initiatives are also capable of assisting leading Thai organizations to establish, operate and manage investments in startup companies operating in different parts of the world. This is expected to create multiple financial and strategic benefits for the various entities.
The Techsauce Global Summit ultimately succeeds in bringing together leading speakers and professionals from various industries to discuss key developments taking place in the world of business, technology and innovation. This year, the conference successfully presented over 130 topics in Main Stage and Vertical Stage sessions spread across 10 different stages. In particular, this year's engaging Main Stage discussions featured prominent individuals who play a pivotal role in the global digital technology scene.
