The iconic duo Tom Jerry's exciting romp through Singapore has finally announced a release date!
Back in July, the love-hate relationship duo announced their hilarious adventures in the sunny city of Singapore. Later in August, fans got to see a sneak peek of the mayhem with Singaporean themes in an episode on Cartoon Network Asia's YouTube channel, which was all about durian.
Then finally, starting from October 21, you can enjoy Tom and Jerry in a new series of episodes that will air every Saturday on Cartoon Network and YouTube. In these seven exciting episodes, Tom and Jerry will explore Singaporean activities such as eating kachang ice and traveling to Sentosa.
Christopher Ho, Warner Bros Discovery's Head of Kids (Southeast Asia), emphasized the importance of maintaining an authentic 'Singapore' feel while staying true to the animation style and humor that has made Tom and Jerry iconic for centuries.
The new series is the result of a collaboration between Warner Bros Discovery and the Singapore Tourism Board to create content that promotes Singapore's tourist destinations.
