Salmantyo Ashrizky Priadi, known by his stage name Sal Priadi, is an Indonesian singer from Malang, East Java, born on April 30, 1982. His distinctive voice and poetic lyrics in his songs are able to captivate listeners, especially the younger generation who feel connected to the stories in his works.
Since junior high school, Sal has been fond of writing poetry. When he moved on to college, he began to focus on songwriting until he was finally widely known as a songwriter who was able to touch the hearts of his listeners.

Sal Priadi's music career began in 2015 when he uploaded a number of song covers to his SoundCloud account, assisted by Mahatamtama and Derry from the band Coldiac. Carrying various genres such as Indonesian indie, sophisti pop, to funk, he released his first single titled "Kultusan" through GZZ Records in 2017.
In 2018, Sal decided to move from Malang to Jakarta with Rp10 million from a mortgage agreement with his friend. Unexpectedly, his second single "Ikat Aku di Tulang Belikatmu" managed to get him his first nomination at the 2018 Indonesian Music Awards for the Best Pop Male Solo Artist category, and even though he didn't win, he remained enthusiastic about continuing his musical journey.
On December 7, 2018, Sal released his third song titled “Melebur Semesta,” followed by “Jangan Bertengkar Lagi Ya? Ok? OK!” produced by Pamungkas and released on February 27, 2019. In the same year, he also launched a collaboration song with Nadin Amizah titled “Amin Paling Serius” on May 29, 2019, which was a huge success with 19 million views on YouTube and helped boost both of their names.
In February 2020, Sal Priadi released his first studio album titled "Berhati", produced by Ari Renaldi and containing eleven songs including his first three singles. In 2024, he returned to present a new work through an album titled "MARKERS AND SUCH PENS FLASHDISKS". After his success as a musician, Sal also began to explore the world of acting to expand his career in the entertainment industry.
