Malaysia's ringgit ranked 2nd best-performing currency in Asia in 2026, behind only the Chinese yuan.
Total trade in March 2026 rose 9.3% year-on-year to RM273 billion, per DOSM, with exports up 8.3% to RM148.8 billion.
