Netflix's upcoming action-thriller "TYGO," starring BLACKPINK's Lisa alongside Korean actors Ma Dong-seok (Don Lee) and Lee Jin-uk, is currently filming in the Bandung and Jakarta regions of Indonesia, specifically at the dramatic limestone karst formations in Citatah in the Cipatat district of West Bandung Regency and in Old Town Jakarta.

According to Indiana Camp manager Ikbal Kamal Pasya, the location selection process began with site surveys by South Korean production teams and local Indonesian vendors in early November 2025, with final confirmation in early December 2025, followed by intensive preparation that closed the tourist destination from December 27, 2025 until its planned reopening on January 28, 2026, with actual filming taking only five days from January 18-22, 2026.

Indonesian producer Delon Tio from Nation Pictures confirmed his involvement in the project through social media in November 2025, expressing honor at joining the international production featuring the global stars, with the karst landscape serving as the setting for village and gathering areas within the film's storyline set in South Korea's criminal underworld.

The film represents a spin-off of Netflix's massively successful Extraction franchise created by Anthony and Joe Russo, following Tygo (Ma Dong-seok), a former child soldier-turned-mercenary seeking revenge after a mission goes wrong, with Lisa fulfilling her dream of starring in an action film for her theatrical debut after previously appearing in HBO's "The White Lotus Season 3."

Filming in South Korea wrapped in early January 2026 before the production team relocated to Indonesia. The project has generated significant excitement among fans and local tourism officials, who hope that the release of the film will have a positive impact on the tourism industries of West Bandung and Jakarta, given the Extraction franchise's track record of 90 million household views for the first film and over 123 million views for the sequel.
