Viet Nam will require all travelers to submit health declarations starting July 1, 2026, under Decree 165.
The Ministry of Health said forms can be filed digitally or on paper within seven days of crossing borders, while quarantine officers will monitor temperatures and health conditions.
Authorities said on-site medical checks will take no more than two hours, as Viet Nam strengthens disease prevention amid rising global travel.
