"Ibu Punya Mimpi" translates to "Mothers Have Dreams" in English. It symbolizes a movement or initiative focused on empowering mothers to achieve their aspirations, whether in personal growth, entrepreneurship, or community impact.
Over 21,000 mothers have trusted Ibu Punya Mimpi to be a part of their journey toward realizing their dreams. In March 2023, Ibu Punya Mimpi was shortlisted for the prestigious Aurora Tech Award, an annual honor recognizing female startup founders whose projects have had the greatest impact on global development.

Festival Mimpi Ibu (Mommy's Dream Festival)
One of the highlight events, the Festival Mimpi Ibu, celebrates the journey of mothers achieving their dreams. Held every April (Kartini Day) and December (Mother’s Day), this December 2024 will mark the eighth festival organized by Ibu Punya Mimpi.
Comeback Journey Program
The Comeback Journey is a comprehensive learning program specifically tailored for mothers. It offers a mix of self-paced digital learning, interactive checkpoints, and Q&A sessions, all designed to help participants regain confidence and pursue their dreams.
The program includes mentorship and access to a supportive community of other mothers, creating an environment where each participant can grow both personally and professionally.
The program uses a hybrid learning approach, combining self-paced digital content with live, interactive sessions. Participants engage in discussions on platforms like Rumii, where they can connect with other mothers and receive guidance from experts.
The Comeback Journey is a 16-week program offering continuous, directed learning tailored to the specific track each mother chooses. During this time, participants will develop key skills, complete challenges, and receive feedback, all aimed at equipping them to take meaningful steps toward their professional aspirations.
Throughout the program, mothers benefit from comprehensive support, including personalized mentorship. Additionally, participants have the chance to win 1-on-1 sessions with mentors if they succeed in completing the challenge and become the winner.
At the program's end, participants can join Ibu Punya Mimpi’s Talent Pool, opening doors to potential job and collaboration opportunities. This is an excellent way for mothers to transition from learning to working in their chosen fields.
Comeback Journey Content Creator Batch #5
The Comeback Journey Content Creator #5 is a 16-week program beginning on 29 November 2024. The program will guide 25 participants through learning, challenges, feedback, and on-the-job training with brands, ultimately preparing them to kick-start their careers as professional content creators.
The program covers essential topics like content strategy, video editing, social media monetization, and TikTok strategy—empowering mothers to build a successful career from home. With hands-on training and mentorship, participants will leave the program with a portfolio of work and real-world experience in content creation.
