Viet Nam has qualified 16 athletes, highlighting their growing capabilities in sports. Timor-Leste will have 4 athletes participating, a testament to their determination and progress in international competitions.

Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, Laos, and Myanmar also have athletes who have qualified, each representing their countries with pride and determination.
