Indonesia targets up to 19.1M foreign tourist visit in 2027

The Tourism Ministry aims for 17.6 to 19.1 million foreign tourist visits in 2027, up 8.5 to 10 percent from the previous target.

Tourism Minister Widiyanti Putri Wardhana said spending per foreign tourist is also targeted to rise, to US$1,447-1,497 per visit.

Tourism foreign exchange earnings are targeted at US$25.5-28.6 billion, growing 15.9 percent, Widiyanti said during a meeting with House Commission VII.
