Galen Centre wants plain water free at all eateries in Malaysia to cut sugar intake. CEO Azrul Mohd Khalib says 1 in 5 adults don't drink enough water daily.

Over half of Malaysian adults are overweight or obese, and 1 in 5 has diabetes, raising risks of heart disease and stroke.

Azrul wants free water made a licensing rule, calling it a simple way to make the healthy choice easy.
