Singapore is building a S$1 billion (US$770 million) wellness complex by 2030, near Gardens by the Bay. Therme Group starts construction this quarter.
The 7-storey site will have 20+ pools and 70 treatment rooms, aiming for 1 million tourists and 1 million residents yearly.
