Thai AirAsia ranked 1st and Philippine Airlines 2nd among Southeast Asia’s most on-time Airlines in July 2025

Five Southeast Asian carriers earned a place in Cirium’s latest Asia Pacific On-Time Performance (OTP) ranking for July 2025. The report highlights strong punctuality from the region’s leading airlines.

Thai AirAsia secured the top spot for Southeast Asia, recording an on-time arrival rate of 84.95 percent across more than 11,000 flights. The low-cost carrier continues to show strong operational reliability in the region.

In second place was Philippine Airlines, with an OTP of 83.80 percent. The flag carrier of the Philippines maintained steady punctuality across nearly 10,000 tracked flights, reflecting improvements in its schedule management.

Malaysia Airlines followed in third position for the region, posting a 79.62 percent on-time arrival rate. Despite operating over 11,000 flights, the airline achieved a completion factor of nearly 100 percent, showing consistency in service.

Singapore Airlines, one of Asia’s most recognized full-service carriers, ranked fourth in Southeast Asia with an OTP of 77.93 percent. Its strong operational completion rate underscores continued focus on schedule reliability.

Rounding out the top five was Thai Airways International, recording 76.99 percent on-time arrivals. The airline’s performance reflects its steady recovery and focus on reliability in the post-pandemic aviation landscape.
