Having grown accustomed and desensitised to these spicy food, perhaps it's time to challenge your taste buds once again and introduce them to the real spicy food that Singapore has to offer. If you think you're up for it, then this list is for you.
1. Lagnaa Barefoot Dining
With a wall of fame and a signboard that demarcates the various spice level of their curries, you know that Lagnaa takes pride in their fiery curry creations. And you can't just jump straight and request their spiciest Level 10 curry.

You'll actually have to first earn that opportunity by gobbling down their Level 6 - I Dare You curry challenge. And there's no water or any yogurt-based items to help quench the heat. It's just you and your tolerance for heat that stands in your way of making it to the wall of fame.
Having a spicy meal does not get any more serious than at Southwest Tavern. Known for their dish 'Spaghetti from Hell', adventurous eaters who wish to put their tolerance to the test have to sign an indemnity form before getting to eat it.
Finish this seemingly harmless plate of pasta within eight minutes and you get to walk away from $100 worth of dining vouchers or two towers of Heineken beer.
Definitely not one for the faint-hearted, the usual tonkotsu broth is now laced with an angry red chilli sauce that raises the spiciness to four different levels. You'll find slurping this dangerous looking bowl a much harder affair now.
It's almost scary and off-putting to see their grilled fish swimming in a pool of red hot sauce and chilli peppers. But that hasn't stopped throngs of diners flocking down to enjoy this sweat-inducing dish.
A combination of the classic Sichuan hotpot and grilled fish, this dish comes in a few variety of sauces that differ in terms of spiciness - from the mild 'spicy fragrant' to the intense 'spicy numbing'.

5. Chicken Up
The only thing that's mild about this dish is its sweetness because 'extremely spicy' depicts the Spicy Yangnyum Up chicken the best.
