As we prepare to enter 2026, several Southeast Asian countries have released their official calendars of national public holidays and joint leave days. This information is important for scheduling operational activities, travel, and academic calendars across the region in both the public and private sectors.

Below is a complete list of holidays for Southeast Asian countries in 2026.

Indonesia

Cambodia 

According to Sub-Decree No. 167 issued on 18 September 2025, the Cambodian government has designated 22 national public holidays for 2026. These regulations apply to all workers under Cambodia’s Labor Law.

Malaysia

Malaysia’s 2026 public holiday calendar is one of the most complex in ASEAN, as it combines national (N) holidays with state-specific (S) observances across 16 states and federal territories. Data was taken from the Malaysian Manufacturing Federation website.

Vietnam 

According to the announcement from the Office of the Government of Vietnam (13 October 2025), civil servants will receive 9 consecutive days off for Lunar New Year and 5 days for National Day.
