Singapore emerges as the country with the highest number of billionaires in Southeast Asia and ranks sixth in Asia, based on the latest data from April 2024 published by Forbes.
In Asia, China takes the top spot with a total of 406 billionaires, followed by India in second place with 200 billionaires. In Southeast Asia, six countries are listed among the billionaires, with Singapore leading the region with 39 billionaires, followed by Indonesia with 35 and Thailand with 26.
