Based on research data from William Russell titled “The Most Stressed Cities in the World” for the year 2023, out of 65 cities worldwide, Mumbai is the city with the highest stress level in the world with a score of 6.85 out of 10.
Meanwhile, Ho Chi Minh City is the city with the highest stress level in Southeast Asia and ranks 13th globally with a score of 5.77. In the next ranking, another city in Vietnam, Hanoi, ranks 18th globally with a score of 5.64.
These scores are assessed based on factors such as air pollution levels, green spaces, security rankings, and geographical areas that impact stress levels.
