Weighlifting Ranking: Senior Men's 73 kg Ranking, Before Paris 2024

Rizki Juniansyah has achieved a historic milestone at the Paris 2024 Olympics by winning the gold medal in Men’s 73 kg weightlifting, becoming Indonesia's first Olympic gold medalist in this sport. At just 21 years old, Juniansyah has ascended to the #1 ranking globally, showcasing exceptional talent and skill.

According to the latest official rankings from the International Weightlifting Federation (IWF), Seasia Stats will feature the top 10 lifters in the Men’s 73 kg category. Notably, Rahmat Erwin, another prominent Indonesian weightlifter, holds the #2 position globally. However, due to Olympic regulations that permit only one representative per country in each weight class, Rahmat Erwin was unable to compete, which meant Indonesia missed the chance to secure both gold and silver in this category.

Rizki Juniansyah's groundbreaking victory underscores Indonesia's rising prominence in international weightlifting. Congratulations to Rizki for his remarkable achievement and for bringing pride to Indonesia on the global stage!
