Filipino fast-food giant Jollibee hits 109 stores in North America, 81 in U.S., 28 in Canada

Jollibee opens its 109th North America store on East 42nd Street, Manhattan — its 3rd branch in the borough.

On opening day, 95% of customers were mainstream guests, with Chickenjoy and Chicken Sandwich driving repeat visits.

The brand now operates 81 U.S. and 28 Canada locations. Brand Finance (2026) ranks Jollibee among the Top 5 Strongest Restaurant Brands Globally, with an AAA rating.
