The service is operated by TheAsianPawrent in partnership with VistaJet and Air7Asia, offering private boarding from Seletar Business Airport with dedicated jet attendants, custom pet menus, premium toys, and comprehensive documentation handling for permits and travel requirements.
SingaPaw Air welcomes various pets including dogs, cats, rabbits, and birds, with charter packages ranging from approximately SGD 8,000 for regional trips to over SGD 116,000 for long-haul flights to destinations across Asia and beyond.
According to a 2025 pet travel report by Zipdo, 67% of pet owners consider their pets part of the family, with 78% having travelled with their pets in the past year, and 60% reporting that travelling with pets improves overall travel satisfaction.
The luxury service includes multiple destination options from Singapore, such as flights to Hong Kong starting from USD 19,200, Tokyo from USD 34,400, Europe from USD 64,900, and regional Southeast Asian cities like Kuala Lumpur from USD 5,500.
