Polytron, through PT Hartono Istana Teknologi, has been working with Skyworth Auto since August 2024 to bring electric vehicles to Indonesia, and their first model, the Skyworth K, has now officially arrived in the country.
This electric SUV features a sleek and spacious design, measuring 4,720 mm in length, 1,908 mm in width, 1,696 mm in height, and offering a generous 2,800 mm wheelbase.
Powered by an 85.97 kWh Lithium Ferro Phosphate battery, the Skyworth K boasts an impressive range of 620 km (based on NEDC testing) and accelerates from 0-100 km/h in just 9.6 seconds, with fast-charging capabilities that allow it to go from 20% to 70% in 45 minutes.
Equipped with ADAS Level 2.5 technology, it offers 15 advanced driving assistance features, including Adaptive Cruise Control, Lane Keep Assist, and Automatic Parking Assist, making it a strong contender in Indonesia’s EV market against major players like Hyundai Ioniq 5, Wuling Air EV, and BYD Atto 3.
